Fatch currently only ships within Australia. Please note the following additional information when shopping with us:

• Once your parcel has been shipped, your tracking information will be sent via email. Please keep this number safe as it will detail exactly when your delivery will arrive.
• All express parcels will require a signature on delivery. If you request for this to be left without a signature, we cannot take responsibility for any damaged, lost or stolen goods.
• We work to produce your products within 5 business days from purchase time (excluding weekends). If you have made an error in your address please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that it can be altered or stopped before it's shipped but we will try our best to accommodate you!
